Your company must be a startup that:
Was founded in the last 5 years
Has not yet raised a Series A
Has a company website/page with email on the same domain (or is part of a partner program)
Has added a card to your Daily account
Will use the credits in the next 12 months
Has not previously used startup credits from Daily
